At Our Bells Boutique we strive to ensure that you love our bell tent decor. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free returns and refunds policy.

 

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@ourbellsboutique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or payment provider.
